Pulsar Helion XP/XQF thermal monocular
The Pulsar Helion thermal monocular is available with a choice of sensors and lenses to suit all
professional and serious recreational users.
Pulsar Helion is available with a choice of two sensor; Pulsar Helion XP is fitted with a 640x480 sensor, whilst the Pulsar Helion XQF is fitted with a 384x288 sensor.

The 640x480 pixel sensor produces an image with a larger field-of-view, more detail, and the ability for higher zoom magnification. These sensors are commonly fitted to military thermal optics, when high performance is critical.
Amorphous silicon (a-Si) thermal sensors are the finest available due to their ability to refresh at extremly high speed, and their high thermal sesitivity. These sensors are used for guided missiles, military aircraft, navel, and ground force applications, as well as for scientific research and space exploration. |

Pulsar Helion is avalable with a choice of lenses which provide varying magnification and field-of-view suitable for a variety of tasks. The Pulsar Helion XP versionhas the option of interchangeable lenses, so that the user can fit whichever lens that best suits terrain and purpose.
Pulsar Helion XP:
Pulsar Helion XP38
Sensor 640x480 / 1.9x - 15.2x magnification / 16.3 degree field-of-view @ 1.9x / detect human at 1350m
Pulsar Helion XP50
Sensor 640x480 / 2.5x - 20x magnification / 12.4 degree field-of-view @ 2.5x / detect human at 1800m
The Pulsar Helion XQF:
Pulsar Helion XQ38F
Sensor 384x288 / 3.1x - 12.4x magnification / 9.8 degree field-of-view @ 3.1x / detect human at 1350m
Pulsar Helion XQ50F
Sensor 384x288 / 4.1x - 16.4x magnification / 7.5 degree field-of-view(@ 4.1x / detect human at 1350m
The Helion has advanced operational features such as video recording, wi-fi streaming, interactive stadiametric rangefinder, full image control, wireless remote, and multiple colour image options. The colour image options are important when viewing at night in order to reduce eye fatigue during extended observation periods.
