Yukon 6-100x100 spotting scope
This light and compact spotting scope delivers bright, sharp, high magnification images.
For low magnification observation, the device utilizes a 25mm lens with linear zooming magnification from 6x to 25x. When more magnification is desired, the light path is switch to a 100mm Newtonian Reflector lens. The low magnification mechanism acts as an accurate finderscope for for the high magnification mechanism.
With the 100 mm objective lens, zooming capabilities increase to 25-100x magnification. The enormous light gathering capability of the 100mm lens creates a bright and clear picture in nearly all viewing conditions, including twilight.
A 45-degree rotating eyepiece enables comfortable viewing from any angle, and accepts a photographic adapter for fitting digital and video cameras. The unit accommodates both photographic and spotting scope tripods and can double as a telescope for amateur astronomy.
Newtonian Reflector optics are commonly used in high-power astronomical telescopes. Yukon Advanced Optics have developed this proven technology into portable handheld optics, which is advanced breakthrough technology.
The Yukon 6-100x100 fitted with a 1/4" tripod mount, and is supplied with a carry case, lens cleaning cloth, instruction and care manual. A 3 year manufacturer's warranty is only available through Foco-Optik.
